将可靠性理论与优化技术相结合,讨论了不完全概率信息牛头刨床机构运动精度的可靠性优化设计问题,提出了可靠性优化设计的数值计算方法。在已知基本随机参数前四阶矩的情况下,通过计算机程序实现了牛头刨床机构的运动精度可靠性优化设计,迅速准确地得到牛头刨床机构的设计信息。
The optimization design for kinematic accuracy reliability of shaping mechanism under incomplete probability information is extensively discussed in this paper by combining the reliability theory and optimization technology, and a numerical method for reliability--based optimization design is proposed. Under the condition that the first four moments of basic random parameters are available, computer programs based on this model can complete the reliability--based optimization design for kinematic accuracy of shaping mechanism, and acquire the design information accurately and quickly.
