针对仅考虑质量偏心的Jeffcott转子-定子系统碰摩的动力学方程,进行了旋转机械转子-定子系统的碰摩可靠性灵敏度分析,应用Kronecker代数,矩阵微分理论,四阶矩技术,矩阵摄动理论,概率统计方法,可靠性理论和灵敏度技术系统地发展了转子-定子系统碰摩的可靠性灵敏度分析方法,研究了转轴刚度和阻尼、定子刚度和阻尼、偏心距和定子径向刚度对可靠度灵敏度的影响,并给出了数值分析解。
On the basis of the impact-rub dynamics equations of Jeffcott rotor-stator systems with imbalance, the reliability sensitivity investigation of rotor-stator systems of rotating machinery under impact-rub is presented. Techniques from Kronecker algebra, matrix calculus, fourth moment analysis, probabilistic perturbations, reliability theory and sensitivity technique are employed to systematically develop the mathematical and numerical expressions for reliability sensitivity analysis of rotor-stator systems. The effects of shaft stiffness and damping, stator stiffness and damping, radial clearance and stator radial stiffness on reliability sensitivity are studied and discussed. The numerical results are obtained.
