首先利用三维建模软件建立某型号高速列车M车(motor coach,M)车体结构的三维模型,导入ANSYS离散为有限元模型;其次是从理论和模态分析方法出发进行刚度评估和验证该有限元模型的有效性;最后采用有限元分析方法按照相关标准对车体结构进行静强度评估.
Firstly,a three-dimensional model is structurally established for the motor coach of a specific high-speed train.By employing ANSYSTM,it is discretely transferred into a finite element model.Then,the theoretical and modal analyses are conducted for stiffness assessment and model feasibility verification.Finally,the static strength of train structure is further assessed based on relevant standards.
