以ANSYS作为分析平台,对考虑应力剐化效应的旋转轮盘模态特性进行深入研究,揭示不同工作转速下旋转轮盘模态频率和振型变化规律.研究结果表明:当轮盘转速在一定范围内变化时,模态频率随着转速增加而增大,增加值与转速的平方成正比.在此基础上,引入频率影响系数的概念,提出了计算动模态频率的简化公式,并给出了适用范围.研究表明,在一定条件下,随着转速的提高,旋转轮盘的第1阶振型就可能发生变化.
Utilizing ANSYS as analyzing platform, research on modal characteristic of rotating wheel-disc by taking into account of stress stiffening effect was carried out. The variation rules of rotating wheel-disc's modal frequencies and vibration modes were revealed under different rotating speeds. The results show that the modal frequencies increase with the increase of rotating speed, and increment is proportional to the square of rotating speed when rotating speed varies in a certain scope. Furthermore, the concept of frequency influence coefficient was introduced and a simplified formula of calculating the dynamic modal frequencies was put forward with its application range. It can conclude that the first vibration mode may possibly change with the increase of rotating speed under a certain condition.
