应用有限元前后处理软件HyperMesh,采用二维壳单元这一全新的建模方法,对车身结构进行有限元建模,用MSC.Nastran软件对模型求解,然后用HyperMesh软件对计算结果进行后处理分析。通过对车身结构进行有限元模态分析,得到了在低频范围内与试验模态分析结果基本一致的模态频率和振型,找出了导致车内噪声偏高的车身结构设计问题,有针对性地提出了改进车身结构以提高汽车NVH性能的有效措施。
To improve the car's NVH performance,a new modeling method which used two- dimensional shell element was adopted, the finite element modal of car - body was established by HyperMesh, which is a pre - processing and post - processing software to finite element. The modal was calculated by MSC. Nastran and the calculated result was post - progressed by HyperMesh. The modal frequencies and mode shape were gained through the modal analysis of the car - body. The result gained by FEM was consistent with which gained by test result in low frequencies. The problems of the car - body's physical design which result in the higher noise in the car were fond out, and the effective methods which can improve the car- body's physical design to improve the car's NVH performance were put forward.
