从结合部动力学机理、建模、辨识以及整机4方面分析了结合部的研究现状。由于结合部存在着变刚度、变阻尼、迟滞等非线性行为,因此文章指出只有从非线性动力学角度研究结合部,才能适应研发高档数控机床的需要。并明确了从非线性角度研究结合部的主要研究内容和可以采用的研究方法。
In the paper, from mechanism, modeling, identifying and the whole machine analysis of combined interface, present research is analyzed in detail. For there are many nonlinear behaviors in the combined interface, such as variable stiffness, variable damp, hysteresis and so on, in order to satisfy the need of developing High-Grade NC machine tool, using nonlinearity to study combined interface is put forward in the paper. Furthermore, the main research contents and appropriate research method are also proposed.
