分析产品广义质量的内涵,建立产品广义质量目标体系,即包含结构性能、工作性能和工艺性能在内的产品全性能和全功能指标体系,较全面地考虑了产品广义质量的层次性和复杂性。以某一新型自同步振动筛为例,采用模糊层次分析法对产品广义质量进行综合评价。与层次分析法相比,该方法简化了人们对判断目标相对重要性的复杂程度,并借助模糊判断矩阵实现定量转换,评价结果具有较高的可信度。
It analyzed connotation of generalized product quality, and established target system of generalized product quality,that is product index system of full function and whole performance including structural performance, operating performance and technological performance. Taking a new self - synchronous vibration screen as an example, it evaluated comprehensively product quality gen- eralized by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Comparing with analytic hierarchy process, this method simplifies the people's complex degree of relative importance to judgment target, and realizes quantitative conversion by means of fuzzy judgment matrix, so evaluation result possesses superior reliability.
