将可靠性设计理论、四阶矩技术和灵敏度分析方法相结合,并应用计算机辅助仿真技术,提出了基于四阶矩方法的可靠性灵敏度设计的计算方法,讨论了具有非正态随机参数的车辆零件的可靠性灵敏度设计问题,给出了可靠性灵敏度的变化规律,研究了设计参数的改变对车辆零件的可靠性的影响,为车辆零件的可靠性设计提供了理论依据.
In this study, a novel method of sensitivity design for reliability is developed based on such techniques as the reliability design theory, fourth prime matrix, sensitivity analysis and computer-aided simulation. Further elaborated, the non-normal parameters are adapted for the vehicle component design. Afterwards, the sensitivity and design parameter variations are speculated with regard to the reliability. To this end, the proposed method provides a theoretical basis for the reliability design of vehicle components.
