以提高产品的广义质量为目标,结合现代综合设计法广义质量体系与模糊综合评价理论,在传统多级模糊综合评价的基础上确立了产品广义质量评价体系;包含了结构性能、工作性能和工艺性能在内的产品全性能和全功能指标簇,较全面地考虑了产品评定的层次性和复杂性。以某型挖掘机为例,对其广义质量等级进行了综合评定;结果表明,现代机械综合设计法提出的广义质量体系,可以为产品的设计制造、质量评价和企业定位提供科学参考及决策依据。
In order to improve generalization product quality, synthesis design method and fuzzy evaluation were combined. The evaluation system of generalization quality was found, which includes full functions and full performances that are structure performances, operating performances, technological performances, and considers the complicated and hierarchy characteristic of product assessment. The evaluation results of an application example of excavator shows generalization quality evaluation system can be applied in the product design, evaluation and quality improvement.
