通过对湖北某985高校301名博士的问卷调查,对绩效回报期望进行了结构检验,并探讨了绩效回报期望不同维度对个人创新行为的作用机制。结果表明,绩效回报期望包括报酬、发展和工作期望三个因子,只有工作回报期望对创新内部动机产生正向影响,创新行为在创新内部动机和客观创新成果之间起完全中介作用。
This paper tests the structure of performance expectancy through the survey of the 301 PHDS who belong to one 985 University in Hubei, and explores the mechanism of the different dimensions of performance expectancy on individual innovation behaviors. The results indicate that performance ex- pectancy has three factors including reward, development and working expectancy, among which only working expectancy has a positive impact on innovative internal motivation, and innovation behavior is a mediator between innovation internal motivation and objective innovation outcome.
