为了确定NMF算法中的基个数,提出了基于SVD的能量提取法。该方法对矩阵进行奇异值分解,从中提取90%的能量作为NMF算法中的基个数,避免了随机选取带来的盲目性和不确定性。数值实验从运行时间、目标函数值和欧式距离等方面进行对比,表明了该方法是有效且相对较优的。
A new method for determining the base number in the NMF algorithm is proposed. The method uses the singular value decomposition for the original matrix as a base number in NMF algorithm by extracting 90% the pri- mary energy to avoid the blindness and uncertainties of randomly selecting. The running time, objective value and Euclidean distance are compared in numerical experiments, it is shown that this method is effective and relatively better.
