By constructing a new smoothing approximate function, nonlinear inequalities are transformed into nonlinear equations, which are solved by L-M method with the trust region tech- niques. The global and local superlinear convergence of the algorithm are proved. Numerical re- sults indicate the algorithm is effective for the given test functions.
