目的:观察隔药饼灸对功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)肝郁脾虚模型大鼠组织中胃促生长素(Ghrelin)及胃肠动力的影响,探讨隔药饼灸治疗FGIDs的可能作用机制。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、隔药饼灸组、逍遥散组和多潘立酮组5组,每组12只,分组治疗2周后行胃排空和小肠推进实验,用Western Blot法检测下丘脑、脊髓、胃窦和结肠组织Ghrelin蛋白的表达。结果:隔药饼灸组、逍遥散组与多潘立酮组大鼠胃残留率明显低于模型组,Ghrelin蛋白表达和小肠推进率明显高于模型组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),但3组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:隔药饼灸组能和逍遥散组、多潘立酮组一样通过增加组织中Ghrelin蛋白的表达,从而达到促进胃排空和小肠推进作用,这可能是其作用机制之一。
Object: To observe the influence of herbal-cake-separated moxibustion on the expression of Ghrelin and gastrointestinal motility in functional gastrointestinal disorders' model rats with syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, to explore the possible mechanism of Herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion in treating functional gastrointestinal disorders. Methods: 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank group, model group, herbal-cake-separated moxibustion group, Xiaoyaosan group and domperidone group, 12 rats per group. After two weeks of treatment, the experiment of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion was carded out, and the expression of Ghrelin in the tissue of hypothalamus, spinal cord, gastric antrum, colon were measured by Western Blot. Results: The gastric residual rate in herbal-cake-separated- moxibustion group, Xiaoyaosan group and domperidone group was obviously lower than that of the model group, while the expression of Ghrelin and small intestinal propulsion rate was significantly higher than the model group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01), but there was no difference between the three groups. Conclusion: The same as Xiaoyaosan and dompeddone, herbal-cake-separated- moxibustion could promote the gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion by increasing the expression of Ghrelin in the tissue; this might be one of the mechanisms of its action.
