《肘后备急方》关于针灸疗法的记载十分丰富，所介绍的许多针灸诊疗技术至今仍具科学价值。本文试从取穴简便，方法多样、治病广泛，善救急症、重视灸法，辨证施灸、首创隔物灸、灸药并用4个方面总结和概括《肘后备急方》的针灸学术思想。

Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies has many records of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, and many of the recorded acupuncture and moxibustion techniques still have scientific values nowadays. This paper summarizes the academic thinking about acupuncture and moxibustion in Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies from the following four aspects ： simple acupoint selection ; diverse methods and a broad range of indications ; being suitable for emergencies and valuing moxibustion therapy;moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation, creating indirect moxibustion, and combining moxibustion and medicine.
