英文摘要：
Plain Questions Chapter 75 ： Treatise on the Departure and Union of True and Evil discusses patho genic qi union with or departure from genuine qi after invading the human body, as well as the corresponding syn dromes and the principle and method of acupuncture therapy, for which this chapter was named. This paper summa rizes the academic thinking of this chapter from the following aspects：correspondence between nature and human and different forms of diseases;reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess at an appropriate time;treatment in case of separation of genuine qi and pathogenic qi ; treatment in case of union between genuine qi and pathogenic qi. That lays the foundation for clinical acupuncture in future.
