目的:观察艾烟对正常SD大鼠活动、饮食、体质量等一般情况的影响。方法:将160只健康SPF级SD大鼠随机分为4组:高、中、低剂量艾烟染毒组和正常对照组。除正常对照组外,其余3组大鼠分别被置于高、中、低浓度为2223.4mg/m3、444.68mg/m3、88.93mg/m3的自制艾烟染毒仓内进行染毒处理,6h/d,5d/w,连续3个月。观察记录整个过程中4组大鼠的活动、饮食、体质量等一般情况变化。结果:艾烟染毒组大鼠进入艾烟染毒仓后,均处于眯眼安静状态,染毒过程中大小便排泄频繁,但粪便性状正常。艾烟染毒组大鼠还出现毛色变粗、黄染,程度随浓度升高而加重。艾烟染毒组大鼠每周的平均摄食量、平均体质量与正常对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:艾烟对SD大鼠的活动、饮食、体质量等一般情况无明显影响。
Objective :To investigate the impact of moxa smoke on the activity, food intake, and body weight in normal Sprague - Dawley (SD) rats. Methods:A total of 160 specific pathogen- free SD rats were randomly divided into high- dose, middle -dose, and low- dose moxa smoke exposure groups and normal control group. The rats in moxa smoke exposure groups were exposed to 2223.4mg/m3 ,444. 68mg/m3 ,or 88.93mg/m3 moxa smoke in a serf - made poisoning chamber for 6 hours a day ,5 days a week ,for 3 months. The activity, food intake, and body weight of rats were observed and recorded in the whole process. Resuhs:After entering the poisoning chamber, the rats in moxa smoke exposure groups kept the eyes almost closed and were in resting state, with frequent urination and defecation, but the feces appeared normal. In addition, their hair became less bright and were yellowed,which worsened as the con- eentration of moxa smoke increased. There were no significant differences in mean weekly food intake and mean body weight between the moxa smoke exposure groups and normal control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Moxa smoke has no significant impact on the activity, food intake, and body weight of SD rats.
