英文摘要：
Xieqi Zangfu Bingxing is an important part in Huangdi Neijing Lingshu. This paper mainly discussed the acupunc- ture and moxibustion academic ideology in this part from four sections：xie qi hurting people through the channels, feeling the pul- ses before using acupuncture and moxibustion, Ying points and Shu points treating the external diseases but He points treating the internal Fu diseases. Acupuncture and moxibustion must be used in the right points. We think Xieqi Zangfu Biugxing is significant to the development of acupuncture and moxihustion theory. It stated how and by what way xie qi hurting people, the relations of ac- upuncture and moxibustion and pulse condition,the acupuncture and moxibustion principle of Ying points and Shu points treating the external diseases but He points treating the internal Fu diseases and how to reinforce or reduce when using acupuncture and moxibustion. All these settled foundations are the development of acupuncture and moxibustion theory.
