校企合作是一个综合的、复杂的系统工程,影响校企合作失效、长效性的利益主体涉及到学校、企业和政府三方。而要使校企合作得到顺利开展并取得预期的效果,必须注意三方利益主体的动力问题,其关系到校企合作工程的根基。为此,学校、企业和政府应该根据各自的功能、定位和实际条件建立相应的校企合作动力机制,惟有这样,校企合作才能取得"多赢"的良好效果。
School-enterprise cooperation is an integrated and complex system project and stakeholders affecting the failure and long-term efficacy of school -enterprise cooperation involve school,enterprise and government. To successfully carry out school -enterprise cooperation and achieve the expected effect,the impetus of tripartite shareholders shall be paid attention to,which concerns the foundation of school-enterprise cooperation project. Therefore,school,enterprise and government shall establish corresponding school-enterprise cooperation impetus mechanism according to respective function,positioning and physical condition. Only by this can school-enter-prise cooperation achieve a good effect of“multi-win”.
