台湾高等技职教育是典型的＂立交桥式＂体系,为提升高等技职毕业生就业能力,教育部门实施了＂建教合作方案＂、＂最后一哩学程＂、技职教育再造方案等一系列措施。分析台湾高等技职教育的校外实习课程产学合作多赢机制,摒弃其机制的不足,对大陆有一定的启示作用。

The higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan is a typical ＂Overpass＂ system. In order to raise the employability of the graduates from higher technical and vocational colleges in Taiwan region, the department of Education carries out ＂Cooperative education＂ , ＂Last Mile program＂ , ＂Reinventing technical and vocational education＂ and other measures. Through analyzing the mechanism of Taiwan cooperative education and internships and getting rid of the deficiencies, the educators of Chinese mainland could gain enlightenments.
