产教融合是校企合作的深化,产业学院是高职院校在校企深度合作中,与龙头企业在专业镇的产业园区共同进行专业建设的人才培养模式。中山职院的产业学院在运行过程中,采用政府主导、企业行业和科研院所参与投资或捐赠等形式,共建产业学院。产业学院推动了"校企共同创新、专业共建、人才共育、师资共培、资源共享、实习就业共担"的"六共"协同育人机制的发展。
The integration of production and education is the deep form of the school-enterprise cooperation. The industrial college is one talent training mode formed in the process of specialty construction. It is established in the industrial parks of the specialized industrial town which cooperate with higher vocational colleges. The establishment of the industrial college of Zhongshan Polytechnic is adopting the co-construction form that is the government leading, enterpnse and scientific research institutes participate in or donate. The industrial college drives the cooperative education mechanism in six aspects, which is the school-enterprise co-innovation, specialty co-construction, talent co-education, teacher co-training, resources sharing, and practice and employment sharing in responsibility.
