The economic developing new normalcy is the basic background for Chinese characteristic modem apprenticeship. Through document analysis and reflection of the practice, we put forward the following viewpoints： modem apprenticeship is regular education; it serves the enterprise development and the students＇ life-long career advancement; making reasonable education program is necessary.
