对于切削力的建模通常采取将切削刃边界离散化的方法,然而在车削的最后阶段,由于刀具的刀尖半径圆弧较小,在正交切削试验中辨识局部切削力模型具有很大的局限性。本文采用一种新颖的试验配置来研究圆弧半径rE对切削力的影响。在切削试验中考虑了刀具半径,在圆柱外圆切削试验和端面切削试验的基础上,将试验结果与反向辨识相比较,该方法能够证实圆弧半径rE对切削力有很大的影响。
For the modeling of the cutting force is usually taken by cutting edge boundary discretization method,but in the final stages of turning,as the tool nose radius arc is relatively small,partial cutting force model identification in orthogonal cutting experiments has significant limitations. In this paper,a novel experimental setup to study the influence of the radius of the cutting force. In the experiment cutting tool radius was considered,based on a cylindrical outer face cutting experiments and experiments,the experimental results were compared with the reverse identification,the proposed method can confirm radius cutting force has a great influence.
