In this paper the author analyzes the characteristics ol local emmc literature to explain me important rote and value for how to develop and utilize local ethnic literature in Xinjiang . The use of advanced digital and network technology management is the only way to realize the local national database of information resources, systematically establish information resources of Xinjiang security system and collect the national information resources.
