英文摘要：
Brucella are the causative organisms of brucellosis in animals and humans.Brucella spp.are facultative intracellular pathogens that express a series of factors,including lipopolysaccharides,outer membrane proteins and type Ⅳ secretion system to ensure its virulence.Some virulence factors are necessary for host invasion,and some are necessary for Brucella to escape the host removal,which altogether allow Brucella to survive and multiply in the cells,escaping the host immune system attack.Understanding the pathogenic factors and mechanism may provide basis for the vaccine and promote the development of new antibiotics.Here is to make a review on the research progress of pathogenic factors of Brucella.
