通过大量的室内试验,研究了二灰稳定碎石在10℃的低温环境下养生的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度及增长趋势。试验研究结果表明,在10℃养生环境下,二灰稳定碎石的抗压强度和劈裂强度等物理力学指标较其在标准养生温度下养生大为降低且增长缓慢,7d龄期抗压强度仅为0.43~0.67MPa,是标准养生温度下的t/3左右,达不到相关技术规范要求,路用性能受到严重影响。因此,建议在低温季节进行二灰稳定碎石基层施工时,要采取一些有效措施来保障其强度的形成。
In this paper, a large number of laboratory tests are done to study the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength and growth trends of lime-flyash stabilized aggregates under the curing condition of the low temperature of 10℃. The test result shows that under the curing condition of 10℃, the physical and mechanical indexes of lime-flyash stabilized aggregates, such as compressive strength, splitting strength, when compared with the standard curing temperature , become much lower and grow slowly,7 days compressive strength is 0.43-0, 67MPa,is just only about 1/3 of that under the standard curing temperature, can't meet the relevant technical specifications, road performance is affected severely. Therefore, when lime'flyash stabilized aggregates base is constructed in lowertemperature seasons, some effective measures must be taken to protect formation of the strength.
