基于水足迹理论,建立了区域水资源安全评价指标体系,将其应用于区域水资源安全评价的研究中。以连云港市为例,计算了连云港市2008年的人均水足迹、水资源匮乏度、水资源压力、虚拟水赤字等评价指标,真实客观地分析了连云港市的水资源安全现状,从降低水足迹角度提出了应对水紧缺状态的建议。

Based on the theory of water footprint, the evaluation indices of water resources security are determined and applied to the research on the evaluation of water resources security. Taking Lianyungang for example, this paper calculates the indices of water footprints per capita, water scarcity, water pressure and virtual water deficit. It analyzes the situation of water resources security in 2008 in this area truly and objectively, and makes suggestions on how to solve the water shortage problem from the viewpoint of reducing water footprints.
