CHEN Lin （陈林） was bom in Chongqing, China, in 1981. She is now pursuing the M.S. degree at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China （UESTC）. Her main research interests include power devices and smart power ICs. ZHANG Bo （张波） was born in Chongqing, China, in 1964. He is now a professor and doctoral advisor with UESTC. He has published over 50 academic papers in IEEE journals and other Journals and about 30 papers were cited by SCI, El, and 1STP. His current research interests include power devices, smart power ICs and power electronics. ZHENG Xia （郑欣） was born in 1982, He is now pursuing the M.S. degree at UESTC. His research interests include power semiconductor and IC design.
