英文摘要：
We screened and evaluated 10 varieties of taro with numerous corm in the aquatic environment. The results showed that the Fujian White Taro could be cultivated strong adaptability in Jinhua, but the quality was normal, and it was not suitable for local consumption habits. Shaoxing Red Stems Taro and Huzhou Taro were kept well, and the yields were relatively high. Jinhua Red Bud Taro was big and uniform, waxy powder and aroma. It had excellent quality, good commodity and prominent benefits.
