Ambidextrous leadership is a dynamic process to solve the tensions with contradictory thinking and holistic thinking.As a frontier topic in the crossing field of organizational ambidexterity and leadership,research on ambidextrous leadership theory echoes the new requirement for contemporary leadership under the uncertain context with contradictory and competitive demands.On the basis of the existent literature,this paper states the connotation of ambidexterity and ambidextrous leadership,summarizes behavioral strategies combination,reviews the measurement methods,systematically concludes the antecedents,the influential effects and action mechanisms,and prospects the future research.
