本文通过对sL公司研发团队的调查发现:在同一组织背景下,SL公司的3个研发团队的创造力水平相差较大.为了进一步探究其原因,采用案例研究的方式,运用扎根理论的编码技术对这一现象进行深入的分析.分析结果表明:3个团队创造力水平具有差异是由团队领导社会网络的差异引起的.团队领导外部网络的数量、对象、类型和联系强度会影响团队知识共享形式、知识共享内容,进而影响团队创造力;团队领导内部网络的类型和联系强度会影响团队知识共享,进而影响团队创造力.
After investigating the R&D team of SL Company, it found the creativity of SL Company's three teams were varied under the same organizational context. In order to explain this phenomenon, it adopted the method of case study, using the coding technique of grounded theory to explore the reasons. The results revealed that the variances of the three teams' creativity were caused by the variances of their team leaders' social networks. The amount, object, type and connection intensity of the team leader's external social network would influence the form and content of team's knowledge sharing and then influence team creativity; the type and connection intensity of the team leader's internal social network would influence the knowledge sharing and then influence team creativity.
