The research results reveal that the type,object,connection intensity and number of external social network of the team leader will affect team creativity,especially the type and object of external social network will influence the team creativi-ty through knowledge sharing;the type and connection intensity of internal social network of the team leader will influence knowledge sharing,thereby affecting the team creativity;the leadership style will not only directly influence the team creativi-ty,but also affect the team creativity through knowledge sharing and the type of internal social network of the team leader.
