创业者如何动员社会资本,高效获取创业知识?针对这一问题,整合网络嵌入视角与组织学习视角,对“社会资本一创业知识”的过程进行解构,认为创业者的关系能力与学习能力起着关键作用。实证结果发现:(1)不同维度社会资本对创业知识获取的作用存在差异,其中关系维度和结构维度均呈现倒u型影响,认知维度对创业知识获取则起到了显著的正向影响;(2)创业者的关系能力能够正向调节关系型、认知型社会资本与创业知识获取之间的作用关系,但是在结构型社会资本与创业知识获取之间起到的却是负向调节作用,而创业者的学习能力能够正向调节关系型、结构型社会资本与创业知识获取之间的作用关系,但是学习能力在认知型社会资本与创业知识获取之间的训节作用并不显著。
How to mobilize social capital and acquire the entrepreneurial knowledge effectively? To answer this question, this paper integrates network embeddedness perspective and organization learning perspective, investigates the process of getting entrepreneurial knowledge resource from entrepreneur's social networks, then finds that entre- preneur's relational capability and learning capability are two important factors. Empirical analysis results show that: (1) Relational and structural dimension of entrepreneur's social capital have inverted U-shape effect on know- ledge acquisition, and cognitive dimension of social capital has a positive effect on knowledge acquisition; (2) En- trepreneur's relational capability and learning capability have different moderating effects between three dimensions of social capital and entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition
