LM是一种以天然高分子矿物质为原材料并经过高科技改良加工而成的新型节能环保沥青混合料添加剂。为了研究LM改性沥青混合料路用性能,文中对比基质沥青混合料,采用了车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验以及四点小梁疲劳试验分析了LM改性沥青混合料的高低温性能、水稳定性能和疲劳性能。并且还对LM改性沥青混合料进行了技术经济分析。结果表明:与基质沥青混合料相比,LM沥青混合料的高低温性能得到显著改善,水稳定性能良好,疲劳性能明显提高,同时还兼具了良好的经济性。
LM is new type energy saving and environmental friendly asphalt mixture additives which is improved through high-tech processing and the raw materials are natural polymer. In order to study the influence of pavement performance of LM modified asphalt mixture, in this article the base asphalt mixture is used for comparison, rutting test, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw split test, low temperature bending test and four-point beam fatigue test are conducted to analyze the high and low temperature performance, water stability and fatigue properties of LM modified asphalt mixture. Furthermore technical and economic analysis is made to LM modified asphalt mixture. The results show that compared with base asphalt mixture, the high-temperature and low-temperature stability of LM modified asphalt mixture have been significantly improved, water stability is well, fatigue performance is enhanced to a great extent and at the same time it has good economic benefit.
