The airticle presents the current situation of the university laboratory construction in Fujian. It analyzes the existing problems from the perspective of governance. It puts forward to optimize resource allocation of university laboratories in Fujian from the perspective of good governance, and enhance self- awareness of the universities, improve the management mechanism through the transformation of government functions, decentralization to enable resource-sharing mode of co-ordinated management.
