利用15N同位素自然丰度法,在连续两年不施氮肥条件下,对甘蔗及近缘属野生种(材料)的固氮效率进行对比分析,同时筛选出适宜本试验研究的参比植物。试验结 果 表 明,河八王及其后代材料表现出明显的高固氮能力,最高固氮率达到36.13%,最低的为甘蔗栽培种ROC22,固氮率仅为5.72%。银胶菊、胜红蓟和狗尾草与河八王1-1号的δ^15N值之差为3.13~3.50,是分析甘蔗及近缘属野生种固氮效率较理想的参比植物。
The nitrogen fixation efficiency of sugarcane and its related genera were analyzed by ^15N natural abundance method for two consecutive years without nitrogen fertilizer application. The results showed that the Narenga porphyrocoma (Hance) Bor. and it's progeny had relatively higher nitrogen fixation rate (NFR) compared with other sugarcane and related genera, the highest NFR reached 36.13%, and the lowest was commercial varieties ROC22 of 5.72%. The differences of ^15N between the Narenga porphyrocoma (Hance) Bor and the reference plants (guayule, tropic ageratum herb and green bristlegrass) ranged from 3.13 to 3.50, which were ideal reference plants to calculate nitrogen fixation efficiency in sugarcane and its related genera.
