以公务员招聘问题为背景,提出了最优二叉树在综合评价中的应用.过程显示,当评价对象需要考虑个体特征时,最优二叉树能更好的发掘个体特长,而且算法简单.在Matlab环境下对最优二叉树的算法进行了编程,更有利于实现最优二叉树的应用研究.

The optimal binary tree （OPT） is applied in comprehensive evaluation for government recruiting. The process shows that OPT can detect individual speciality with simply calulating, when individaul characters need to be considered. At the same time, the program of caculation is compiled in the platform of Maflab and develops the OPT appling study.
