It is shown that the dual Markov branching q-matrix Q deduces two operators Ql∞ and Qc0 on l∞ and c0 respectively.Ql∞ generates a positive contraction integrated semigroup G（t） on l∞,which is monotone and asymptotically remote.And the sufficient and necessary conditions for Qc0 generates a continuous contraction semigroup on c0 are given.
