介绍了有机无线射频识别(RFID)标签的工作及制备技术原理。为了解决RFID标签的高成本一直制约RFID技术普及的问题,提出了采用有机半导体进行RFID标签制备的方案,分析了有机RFID标签的含义、构成、制备技术特点以及国外研究概况、未来市场状况等方面的内容。讨论了有机RFID与无机RFID标签在材料及加工工艺方面的区别,有机电子可以通过采用印刷工艺,完成大规模有机电路的集成,大大降低RFID标签的成本。指出有机RFID技术无论是生产材料还是生产方式都比无机RFID技术极具优势,符合未来商业化的要求及应用。
The working and process principles of organic radio frequency identification (RFID) tags are introduced. In order to lower down the high cost, a novel project on RFID was proposed, in which organic semiconductor technology was adopted. The signification, constitution, process technology characteristics, foreign research development, and marketing status in the near future were analysied. Main differences of materials and process technology between organic RFID and conventional Si integrated RFID were discussed. Organic electronics can reduce cost by print technology to accomplish organic integrated circuits. Analysis indicates that materials and process technology of organic RFID technology are prior to Si integrated RFID technology, and it will be tremendous potential to commercial application.
