Aiming at the deficiency of former researches,the paper indicates to clearly define the nature and divide phases of growing process from the perspective of business model.It analyzes the construction of new enterprise business model from three dimensions,which are value,process and control.It constructs a concept model of new enterprise growing,so as to deeply discuss the connotation of new enterprise growth.
