以2006年天津市“科技型中小企业创新基金”项目申请企业为样本,从初始创业团队的视角出发,考察了先前经验与新技术企业初期绩效之间的关系,并探讨了创业团队承诺对该关系的影响。研究结果显示,创业团队的先前工作经验与创业经历越多,新企业的初期绩效越好,而创业团队的承诺水平调节着上述关系。相对于承诺较低的创业团队,具有较高承诺的团队更可能发掘先前经验中所蕴含的隐性知识和资源,将经验所带来的优势放大,更好地提升其初期绩效。
From the view of initial entrepreneurial team, it empirically examines the impact of prior experience on the performance of new technology enterprises in early stage, using data from 103 early stage technological new ventures which applied for “Tianjin technological small and medium business innovation fund program”. It further explores the influence by taking the entrepreneurial team's commitment into consideration. The resuhs show that the more prior working experience and start-up experience team members had, the better the initial performance of new technology ventures. Meanwhile, the entrepreneurial team's commitment plays a positive medium role in the relationship. High committed team would be more likely to explore tacit knowledge and the resources embedded in prior experience, and make the advantage amplified to improve their initial performance.
