利用改进的裂纹柔度法对精密铜合金板带轧向残余应力进行了检测。利用对称组合应变测量的方法实现剪应力与轧向残余应力的分离,分别计算出板带的轧向残余应力和剪应力分布,计算结果与板形检测结果取得一致。结果表明:板带分切过程产生的压应力分布区域(Bc)在2.5t~4.7t(t-板带厚度)之间,对板形的影响范围(Bc)在5.3t~10t之间,Bs对分切工艺参数变化反应敏感可以作为板带分切质量和冲裁余量的评定参数。
The rolling-direction-average residual stress distributions in high accurate copper alloy strip were studied using an irnproved crack compliance method. The shear stress component was separated from strain data of normal stress relieved by symmetric-combining strain detecting (SCSD). The shear and rolling residual stress profile along the strip width were calculated, respectively. The result from SCSD has a good agreement compared with the result of the plant form detecting. The compressive residual stress occurs within the range Bc = 2.5 t - 4.7 t (t is the thickness of plate strip), and the slitting effecting zone (Bs) is from 5.17t to 10,2t which is sensitive to the slitting procedure and can be take to judge the allowance in slitting and punching process.
