本文在中频感应炉中采用大气熔铸方法制备了CuCr25合金触头材料,探讨了时效以及变形对导电率和显微硬度的影响,并测定了该合金的抗软化温度。结果表明:在950×1h固溶后,经440℃时效6h可获得较高的导电率和显微硬度:固溶后经40%变形在440℃时效2h后,导电率和显微硬度分别可达57%IACS和174Hv,比固溶后直接时效分别高出10%IACS和27HV:并测得合金的抗软化温度约为55℃。
The atmospheric cast CuCr25 alloy contact material which prepared by median frequency induction furnace were studied. The influence of aging and deformation on electrical conductivity and microhardness were discussed. And the softening temperature was measured. The results show that after solution at 950℃ for 1 h and aging at 440℃ for 6 h the alloy obtains good electrical conductivity and micro- hardness. Soluting, 40% cold deforming and then aging at 440℃ for 2 h, the electrical conductivity reaches 57%IACS and the microhardness reaches 174 HV which are 10%IACS higher in electrical conductivity and 27 HV in microhardness than that of alloy directly aging after solution without deformation. And the softening temperature of the alloy was about 550℃.
