概述了高性能Cu—Ni—Si合金材料的研究现状,介绍了该类材料的合金化特点、时效过程中的组织转变规律以及处理工艺对性能的影响。并指出今后的研究重点是:采用多元微合金化和多相强化技术对合金进行设计;基于计算机模拟技术,从电子、原子层面对时效过程的微观组织及相变进行分析研究;研究了新的复合处理工艺,以进一步提高Cu—Ni—Si合金材料的性能。
The progress in high performance Cu-Ni-Si alloys is surveyed in this paper. The alloying characteristic, the mechanism of phase transformation during aging and effects of technology on the performances of the alloys are introduced. And the research importance for the future is pointed out that designing alloy composition by means of complex micro alloying and multiphase strengthening, studying microstructures and phase transformation during aging based on computer simulation technique and researching new combined technologies for further improving alloys performances.
