针对Flash存储器的特点,设计了一种适合开源实时操作的嵌入式文件系统.该系统设计依据日志文件系统原理,实现了Flash存储器和内存中的数据结构及特殊处理机制,并基于μC/OS-Ⅱ和三星S4510B完成了该文件系统的测试.该嵌入式文件系统可进行断电恢复,其代码精简,占用系统资源少,执行效率高,有较高的安全性.
According to the features of flash memory, a embedded file system is presented, which fits for a lot of open source real-time operation system, utilizing the principle of log-structured file system, we designed the data structure and special mechanism of embedded file system. The embedded file system is implemented and tested based on the μC/OS-Ⅱ and SUMSANG's S4510B processor. The expriments indicate that the embedded file system is simple, highly dependable and efficient.
