文章从探讨激励和激励机制的内涵出发,结合高职骨干教师的特点和现状,分析了高职院校骨干教师激励过程中存在问题,并从完善有效的绩效考评机制、运用多元多层激励手段、构建全面的激励管理体系三个方面提出高职院校骨干教师激励机制优化对策,从而建立一支稳定并有活力的骨干教师队伍。
Based on an introduction of intensive and incentive mechanism, this article, combined with the characteristics and status quo of backbone teachers in vocational colleges, analyzes the problems arising from the process of backbone teachers' incentive. In addition, it puts forward the optimization measures for backbone teachers' incentive mechanism from such angles as improving the mechanism of performance evaluation, adopting diversified multi-layer incentive methods as well as constructing a comprehensive system of incentive management, which is expected to construct a stable and dynamic team of backbone teachers.
