为了更好地缓解就业压力,提高高职生就业质量,对高职生就业绩效进行了实证研究.选定工作在2年之内的高职毕业生作为研究对象,把就业绩效分成过程和结果绩效2个维度,把结果绩效又分成为获得、满意、持续绩效3个方面,利用因素分析、T检验、单因素方差分析等方法,对研究假设进行了实证分析.
In order to relieve the employment problem preferably,this paper carried out empirical study on employment performance of higher vocational students.We divided employment per_formance into 2 dimensions including process and result performance,and the result performance is divided into 3 aspects including acquisition,satisfaction and continuing performance.Taking graduates who has been working within 2 years as objects,this paper carried out empirical study on research hypothesis with methods including factor analysis,T test and one_way analysis of va_riance.
