In this paper, we study the order, lower order and regular growth of certain zero order Dirichlet series on the plane. By using Knopp-Kojima＇s methods, we obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions of the order, lower order and regular growth of certain zero order Dirichlet series on the plane, which extends the research scope of the growth of certain zero order Dirichlet series on the plane.
