我国有相当部分的中学生在学校过得并不开心,中学生幸福感缺失的原因为:社会上存在过度功利主义的价值取向;学校里信仰教育缺失,评价方式过于单一,传统的教学方式依然大量存在,部分教师的职业素养有待提高;家庭中问题家庭增多,给中学生带来负面影响。增强中学生幸福感的策略为:让中学生尽可能多地体验到成功的快乐;创设快乐的情景,组织符合学生年龄和心理特点的活动;引导学生自主参与到教学活动中来;体音美课程要高质量地落实;帮助学生建立和谐的人际关系;评价主体多元化。
A considerable number of secondary school students lead an unhappy school life in China.The deficiency of their sense of happiness is due to the following reasons:there exists over utilitarian value orientation in our society;there is deficient belief education and single evaluation mode in schools;traditional teaching methods still dominate;some of the teachers' professional qualities need to be improved;families encounter more and more problems which will affects the students negatively.Strategies used to enhance the students' sense of happiness include:enable students to experience the joy of success as much as possible;create happy environment and organize activities that fit the students' age and psychological features;encourage students to participate in teaching activities independently;implement physical,music and art education effectively;help students to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships;diversify the evaluation subjects.
