The efficiency of teaching transformation is a basic,general and profound problem after the new curriculum reform which asks for the changing of teaching.The efficiency which contains objective dimension, effective dimension and quality dimension means that teachers and students hold the spirit of quality education, and achieve the education teaching object and learning achievement according to their own professional skills and learning ability.Using value-added evaluation could reflect the teaching achievement of teacher and the progress range of school achievement of students scientifically, really and comprehensively, and finally improve the quality of education.
