以中国接包方为研究对象,基于122个离岸研发外包项目,结合问卷调研与档案数据,使用层级回归分析对离岸研发外包中接包方内外部流程整合与项目绩效关系,以及心理距离和团队差异对上述关系的调节进行实证检验.结果表明:外部流程整合与项目绩效之间表现为倒U关系,且心理距离能够调节其变化率和对称轴;内部流程整合与项目绩效之间表现为正U关系,且团队差异能够调节其变化率.研究结论为中国接包方的流程整合策略提供了借鉴.
Choosing Chinese service providers as research objective, based on 122 R&D offshore outsourcing projects, combining survey and secondary data, it uses hierarchical regression analysis to empirically investigate the relationships between external/internal process integration and project performance, as well as the moderating effects of psychic distance and team diversity on these relationships in R&D offshore outsourcing context. Results show that the relationship between external process integration and project performance is invert-U shaped, and its curvature and axis of symmetry can be moderated by psychic distance. On the other hand, the relationship between internal process integration and project performance is U shaped, and its curvature can be moderated by team diversity. The conclusion provides a solid base for Chinese service providers' process integration strategy.
